I Hart Mountains

Im in Orlando with my beautiful little cousins for a few days. Nothing like central Florida in late July to make you miss the mountains… 🙂

A few things…
The Tennessee Senate race took a turn for the bizarre last week. I won’t change the headline – Bryant supporter in chicken suit run downs Corker supporter. The candidates for the Aug 3rd Republican Primary are Bryant, Corker, and Van Hilleary. The winner will face Democrat Harold Ford. Polls are showing that this will be an unusuall close race for Tennessee.

Thats gross!

A coal-fired power plant that rises from the banks of the Saluda River [in S.C.] sits at the center of a US Supreme Court battle that could help determine how much pollution plants across the nation can legally spew into the air.

Some oppose Sunday hunting

So, apparently, you can log from the bottom of a river! Thats kinda cool.
