Forest Stewardship Council 2006 Prospectus

The stories in this report highlight the impact of FSC-US over the last ten years. As you read them, several important points emerge. First, our ability to transform the timber marketplace is highly dependent on close collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders who help us sell the FSC logo into the U.S. market. Second, the value of FSC-US is in creating change in management on-the-ground here and globally through our regional standards in the U.S. and the market pull of U.S. consumers. Finally, it is clear that much more remains to be done market transformation does not take place over night.
