Stopping MTR in Tennessee

If you live in Tennessee or Southern Kentucky, I strongly urge you to go to the following event tonight. I know “Save Our Cumberland Mountins” (SOCM) is involved, and I know they do great work, along with the other Tennessee groups.

They will be asking popular Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen (D) to end strip mining in Tennessee. I don’t know about yall, but I think that they can pull it off!
