Chimney Rock, in Rutherford County, is for sale, after 100-plus years of private owenership. At a cost of $55 million, many wonder what will happen to this natural wonder. Will it leave private hands and forever become public land, or will they FINALLY put that ferris wheel and funel-cake stand at the top we’ve been pushing for? 🙂
